La Villa is one of the most distinctive and fascinating buildings within Il Borgo, with its small tower from which you can admire one of the most enchanting views of Gavi, stretching endlessly across the hills and chestnut woods. Stretching over two floors, it features bright French doors opening onto a terrace. On the Villa’s exterior walls stands one of Fondazione La Raia’s site‑specific artworks: OUSSSER by Koo Jeong A.
La Villa’s living area is a large open space, a dining room with kitchen and a lounge with sofas, characterized by two large arched French doors that open onto a terrace overlooking a small valley. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, toaster, orange juicer, electric kettle and coffee machine. The pantry offers a selection of local and organic products.
