Borgo Merlassino is an ancient farming hamlet on the northern edge of La Raia biodynamic estate. The Borgo occupies one of Gavi’s most beautiful positions, overlooking an unspoilt valley, amidst ancient woods and a small, easily accessible lake. The buildings that compose it, once devoted to different agricultural activities, are organised around a large circular courtyard; all around, the woods and the Cortese vineyards.
