We alternate different cultivations by following crop rotation according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/la-raia.it\/en\/azienda-agricola\/ecosistema-unico\/coltura-biodinamica\">biodynamic agricultural principles<\/a> and, all of our products are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/la-raia.it\/en\/azienda-agricola\/ecosistema-unico\/certificazione-demeter\">Demeter certified<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Particularly, our stone ground spelt flour is used to produce pennette, tagliolini, fusilli and tagliatelle by Pasta d\u2019Alba, a young and dynamic enterprise founded in 2006 by\u00a0Dario e Rosangela Mainardi.<\/p>\n<p>It is a family-run and\u00a0fully organic\u00a0company, whose keywords are quality, creativity and innovation.
