Gavi’s traditional cuisine, historically contaminated by elements from Liguria and Piedmont, has been revised by chef Tommaso Arrigoni in the menu served at aró, Locanda La Raia’s restaurant.
All rooms and suites at Locanda La Raia are different from one another and are furnished with pieces that reflect the taste of the property.
