The holiday season at the Locanda
The fabulous menu by Tommaso Arrigoni for Christmas and New Year’s Eve. And La Raia’s nature all for you. Locanda la Raia, the large green house in the Gavi, is open until January the 10th.
Tommaso Arrigoni, our Michelin-starred chef, has created a family Christmas menu. For New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day we have prepared some packages that include a stay of two or more days and New Year’s Eve feast: a menu inspired by the sea and the country with our traditional stuffed pasta and our renowned tortello filled with cotechino combined with lentils, that chef Arrigoni offers with the midnight toast.
The holiday season at the Locanda begins with the chance to enjoy the nature surrounding biodynamic farm La Raia, and stroll towards the wine cellar to have a look at the artworks of Fondazione La Raia. The afternoon is devoted to relaxation and a wellness treatment in the SPA, available upon order. Before dinner, a selection of La Raia and Tenuta Cucco biodynamic and biological wines is served as an aperitif in the living room by the fireplace.
On New Year’s Day the Locanda’s brunch will give you all you need to start the day, and the year, in the best way!
