Properties

The wild-flower honey is a perfect summary of all the elements which are part of a landscape and the more the nature is varied the more complex and rich will be its aroma. It crystalizes spontaneously and it is characterized by an intense colour, which, depending on the flowers, may blur from amber to copper colour.

It is an extremely adaptable honey, recommended for oven products, desserts and puddings but also a good companion of grilled meat and fish. Perfect also with fruits or along bread.
