Organic red wine

The selected Barbera grapes are harvested by hand after the second half of September. The red wine fermentation takes place on natural yeasts, in the presence of the skin, with daily pumping over to extract colour and aromas

Racking is carried out after 15 days, at the end of alcoholic fermentation. Maturation takes place in steel tanks.

Caratteristiche organolettiche

Colour: garnet ruby red with violet reflections.
Nose: intense, floral olfactory notes reminiscent of roses, small berries and the scent of geranium leaves.
Taste: full, harmonious, warm, with pleasant acidity. Pleasant and savoury finish.


Food pairings

Due to its simplicity and directness, it is the perfect companion for everyday meals. It goes well with pasta with meat sauces, roasts and medium-aged cheese. Perfect with grilled meats.

Serving temperature

Between 18 and 20 degrees.

Advice on proper storage

Bottles, if kept in a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature between 10 and 18 degrees, will keep perfectly well for 4 to 5 years.
